This payment is valid for one year from the payment date.

Commission Rates

The prices are subject to a 10% commission fee and a 3% transaction fee.
Our company will put a hold on your payment if the task is not finished by the scheduled deadline.
Sellers won't be paid until both the customer and the seller (service provider) have verified that the service has been completed.
Sellers are required to respond to client requests within 24 hours; if they fail to do so, their requests will be removed and they will be given a low rating for their carelessness.

Reviews & Ratings

Only customers who have registered may give ratings.
These ratings are completely accessible to administrators.

Payment Methods

Cash on service

By using this cash-on-service payment option, a service provider can be reserved by paying only the booking fee.
The amount of the seller's payment will depend on how much the customer and the seller agreed to pay. Upon completion of the work, that payment can be made off the website without our company's intervention.
Any payment made outside of the website is not the responsibility of our company.

Paid Service

With this payment option, the customer must use the website to pay both the booking fee and the seller's payment before the service is rendered. For the payments made using this method, our company will take full responsibility.

To make a purchase, click the "make a request" button on the product card.

The seller will respond to your request within 24 hours, and if you agree to proceed, click "accept a deal".

We will pay the seller after receiving your approval.
If the work is not yet complete, we will get in touch with the seller, inform you of the situation, and withhold payment until the job is done.
You can rate and review the seller once the job is finished.
